1. Not seeing bid requests coming through
Confirm you have shared the correct seat ID and partner ID with the Kargo team.

3. Seeing bid requests but not spending at all
Check that you are bidding above the PMP floor CPM (private auction deals). Read more

4. Seeing spend, but not enough
Uncheck all DV360 "Demographics" targeting boxes (age, gender, parental status, HHI). Read more

Remove frequency caps where possible. Read more
Remove Google Affinity Data. Read more
Opt out of optimized fixed CPM bidding. Read more
