Remove frequency caps where possible.
A DV360 campaign/line with frequency capping will only respond to bids with cookied (Android) users. Any cookieless users will automatically have the bid thrown out and not be eligible for a bid response.
(Example: if 30% of all bid requests have cookied users, 70% of Kargo's bid requests will not be eligible for a bid response on that campaign/line item that is using frequency capping.)
In order to maximize delivery, Kargo recommends removing frequency cap settings at the campaign and line item levels. Kargo’s natural frequency is close to 1/user/day.
Note: we recommend completely removing frequency caps over just loosening frequency caps. Loosened frequency caps will still run into issues serving on cookiless inventory.
